INVENTORY SUBMISSION · RESPONSE BY EMAIL OR PHONE

Start with the address and a photograph

The city or town where the wire sits, the ZIP code, and how a truck reaches it. Those three facts shape the review as much as the material does.

01 Who is selling

Replies and any offer are sent to this address.

02 Where the wire is

Five digits, so we can judge freight distance.

03 What the material is

Packaging format
04 Notes and photographs

Up to five files, 5 MB each: one wide shot of the reels, one of each reel tag, one close-up of the jacket printing, and anything damaged. Larger sets can be emailed to saleselectricalbuyers@gmail.com after you submit.

Submitting this form does not create an offer, a contract or an obligation to purchase. If you would rather talk first, call +1 (614) 715-3047.

HOW THE STATE IS ORGANISED FOR REVIEW

One state, several wire markets

New York is not one wire market. Downstate, the material is small and access-driven: fit-out wire, riser cable and service conductor leaving through freight elevators and curb windows. Upstate, it is heavier and better documented: feeder from a plant modernisation, tray cable from a line change, medium voltage cable from a substation rebuild. Freight economics differ just as sharply, which is why the review is organised by region rather than by a single statewide price list.

Nine regions are used here, and each has its own page describing what accumulates locally and what logistics look like. City pages go deeper where a market justifies its own page. Every review ends the same way: a written description of the material, a price basis, and terms covering payment, freight, loading and pickup for that transaction only.

REGIONS

Nine regions, described honestly

Each regional page covers what accumulates locally, how freight usually works, and which cities have their own page. None of them claim an office, a yard or a standing pickup route — because none exist.

PROCESS

How a statewide review works

Three steps, no obligation until terms are agreed in writing. Nothing leaves your site on a verbal number, and no offer is made before someone has read the jacket legend or the reel tag.

  1. Send the location and the material

City or town, ZIP code, and what the wire is. Photographs of tags help but are not a prerequisite.

  2. Receive an inventory review

We tell you what is reviewable, what is not, and what additional evidence would change the answer.

  3. Agree terms in writing if accepted

Price, payment timing, freight, loading and pickup are named for that transaction only.

WHAT WE WILL NOT CLAIM

No office, no yard, no route

This is a buying desk, not a facility. There is no New York City storefront, no Buffalo yard and no scheduled pickup route that arrives on a particular day. Material is reviewed from photographs and documents, and freight is arranged per transaction once terms are agreed.

That matters for two reasons. It keeps the review honest about what can be verified remotely, and it keeps a seller from loading a truck on the assumption that a purchase has already happened. Nothing is purchased until a written description and price are agreed.
